![]() ![]() ![]() I have tried to play all these various files on other players but have basically had the same outcome. I also downloaded a DTS Wav file online, its like a test file thing, and even that doesnt come up on the amp as DTS. I know something else might be encoding it first but I dont no much about all this so I wouldnt no where to look to find out? I cant for the life of me remember what I changed because now everything comes up in dobly digital only. I managed to get it working once where I played a movie trailer and the amp come up as DTS. In the SPDIF tab I have the passthrough set as DTS and AC3 only. As I still want to encode stereo sources into 5.1 but not dobly or dts sources. dts files? Also some DTS trailers that I play dont come up as dobly digital or DTS at all.ĪC3 filter is set to SPDIF passthrough, and the format is set to 5.1 option. Should this come up as DTS on the amp as the files are. When I play the album in MPC, all I seem to get is Dolby Digital come up on my amp. Im using a bunch of movie trailers (DTS, THX, Dolby Digital etc) and a DTS album on the computer (not CD) to test this. So Im not encoding any stereo source to 5.1 using dolby digital live. I have a sound card with the CM8768+ chip on board.Ĭurrently in my sound card settings, I have it set to SPDIF output as 2ch PCM. Im currently using Media Player Classic with the lastest AC3 filter installed (from xp codec pack). I really need help to get DTS to come through on my amp. ![]()
